Field Calls
A typical field call will see our agent attend at the last known address to endeavour to establish the overall financial position of the customer.
Our agent will attempt to update all contact and employment details, as well as seek to obtain a possible payment arrangement.
If the customer has left the last known address, we will make basic enquiries, eg. interview current occupants, neighbours, managing agents and property owners (if possible) in an effort to obtain a forwarding address and/or telephone number.
